When a dispute arises, Eurotile encourage negotiation and reconciliation between the parties in order to maintain the customer's trust of Eurotile Center's service quality by the following steps:

Step 2: Eurotile Center's Customer Care Department will receive feedback/complaints, depending on the extent of the feedback, Eurotile Center will have feedback/answers or resolve partner/customer queries.
Step 3: Eurotile may require customer and/or partner to provide information and evidence related to transactions and products to verify and clarify the case to take appropriate action.
Step 4: In the event that Eurotile has made efforts to settle complaints and disputes, but the matter is beyond Eurotile's competence, Eurotile will request the customer to bring the case to the competent court for settlement in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Eurotile Center respects and strictly implements the provisions of the law on protecting the interests of customers. Therefore, it is recommended that Eurotile’s partners provide a complete, accurate, honest and detailed information related to products and services. All acts of fraud are condemned and must be fully responsible before the law.
Parties including Eurotile Center, partners, customers - buyers have an important and responsible role in actively resolving the matter. Eurotile Center is responsible for providing documents, and other evidences to prove and clarify information related to the event that is causing conflict to the customer. Upon request, Eurotile Center will provide information relating to buyer and partner if agreed (related to dispute case) or to the extent permitted by the law.
In case the product is a fake, infringing on “Intellectual Property” and the fault is determined to belong to Eurotile, Eurotile Center will recall the product, propose a compensation plan (if any), cancel the contract, and revoke the Partner's Certificate, penalize the partner in accordance with the issued policy, or transfer it to a competent agency for handling depending on the severity of the violation. Eurotile Center will terminate and remove all information of the partner on the Eurotile Center website and mobile application, and request the Eurotile Center partner to compensate to the customer satisfactorily on the basis of an agreement with the customer.
In case that Eurotile Center and the parties have tried their best to resolve it through negotiation and reconciliation, but still cannot resolve the conflict arising from the transaction between the customer and the seller, one side from the parties will be able to bring the case to the competent city court for settlement to ensure the legitimate interests of the parties.
Any controversy, claim or dispute in connected with a transaction at the Eurotile Center website and mobile application or the below Terms and Conditions will be resolved by negotiation, conciliation, arbitration and/ or the Court under the Law on “Protection of Consumer Rights 2010”, in Chapter 4 on “Settlement of disputes” between consumers, organizations and individuals trading in goods and services.
